At Blush Desert we want you to love all your Blush Desert purchases so if, for any reason, you find you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 20 days of fulfillment date for exchange or store credit only. Items must have all original tags still attached.

Blush Desert is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following the proper washing instructions indicated on the clothing. We recommend all items are either dry-cleaned or hand washed with cold water.

No cash or credit card refunds. Store credit or exchanges only.
All original tags must be attached.
Merchandise returned after 20 days will not be accepted.
Shipping/insurance charges are not eligible for store credit.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If using our prepaid return label, $7.95 will be deducted from your return store credit amount.
Merchandise returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date, a store credit will be issued at the original selling price. Please remember, shipping costs and any insurance purchased are not refundable.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

After returns have been received and inspected, we will process a store credit and the customer will be issued an exclusive coupon code for the amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping) within five business days OR; in the case of an exchange, we will send your replacement item within 5 business days. Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no credit/exchange will be issued.

Whether you want to return your item for store credit or you want to exchange for a different size, style or color, please state your preferences clearly in the email.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via the email you used to make the original purchase. Please fix the label to your package and drop it off at the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx) stated on the label.

We do not use packing slips, therefore packing slips are not required to process your return.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

Shipping- All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will be provided the tracking label number with your shipping confirmation via email.

Should you not receive your order within 5-7 business days, please TEXT 480-201-7314, and we can help track the order for you.

Free shipping is ground only. If you need something sooner, please select expedited shipping at checkout. Customers will be charged for expedited shipping.

Delivery- All orders are shipped USPS Priority or Standard Ground through UPS or FedEx at the discretion of Blush Desert. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days to most areas of the United States.

Bust- using a measuring tape, Measure the Circumference of the first part of your bust.

Waist- Measure the circumference of your natural waist, above your belly button but below your rib cage.

Hips- stand with your feet together. Measure the circumference of the widest part of your hips and fullest part of your butt.

Inseam- Measure your inner leg from your crotch to where you want the pants to hit on your ankle.
