At Blush Desert we want you to love all your Blush Desert purchases so if, for any reason, you find you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 20 days of fulfillment date for exchange or store credit only. Items must have all original tags still attached. 

Blush Desert is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following the proper washing instructions indicated on the clothing. We recommend all items are either dry-cleaned or hand washed with cold water. 

  • No cash or credit card refunds. Store credit or exchanges only.
  • All original tags must be attached. 
  • Merchandise returned after 20 days will not be accepted.  
  • Shipping/insurance charges are not eligible for store credit. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. If using our prepaid return label, $7.95 will be deducted from your return store credit amount. 
  • Merchandise returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date, a store credit will be issued at the original selling price. Please remember, shipping costs and any insurance purchased are not refundable. 

After returns have been received and inspected, we will process a store credit and the customer will be issued an exclusive coupon code for the amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping) within five business days OR; in the case of an exchange, we will send your replacement item within 5 business days.  Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no credit/exchange will be issued.

To begin a return, please contact us by emailing us at 

  • Please write “RETURN” and include the order # in the subject line.
  • Whether you want to return your item for store credit or you want to exchange for a different size, style or color, please state your preferences clearly in the email. 

If you live local to Mesa, AZ, you're welcome to come to the warehouse to make the exchange. If this is your preference, please text 480-201-7314.

For all others, read the below information. 

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via the email you used to make the original purchase. Please fix the label to your package and drop it off at the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx) stated on the label. 

We do not use packing slips, therefore packing slips are not required to process your return.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
