We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your items, please contact us in order to return them for store credit. We will happily accept items up to 20 days after they are delivered to you.
All items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unaltered. Items should be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, deodorant, and animal hair. All tags must remain attached (if applicable).
Please note, there are no returns on clearance items or giveaway merchandise.
If items are sent back without contacting us or outside of the 20 days, they will be returned to sender and no store credit will be issued. Our 20 day policy is firm and no exceptions will be made.
All shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that items are returned with tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for lost/missing items.
If an item is found to be damaged upon arrival, we must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Items cannot be worn or washed when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, we can no longer be held responsible. This 5 day policy is firm and no exceptions will be made. If a damaged item is received, please email us photos to email@example.com.
Blush Desert will cover the cost of USPS First Class return shipping in the event of a damaged or wrong item being received.
Once received, returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions: All sale and special promotion items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be given.
