How do I request a return? 

We want you to love all your Blush Desert purchases so if, for any reason, you find you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 20 days of fulfillment date for exchange or store credit only. Items must have all original tags still attached.

Blush Desert is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following the proper washing instructions indicated on the clothing. We recommend all items are either dry-cleaned or hand washed with cold water. 

  • No cash or credit card refunds. Store credit or exchanges only.
  • All original tags must be attached. 
  • Merchandise returned after 20 days will not be accepted.  
  • Shipping/insurance charges are not eligible for store credit. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. If using our prepaid return label, $7.95 will be deducted from your return store credit amount. 
  • Merchandise returned within 20 days of the fulfillment date, a store credit will be issued at the original selling price. Please remember, shipping costs and any insurance purchased are not refundable. 
  • SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

After returns have been received and inspected, we will process a store credit and the customer will be issued an exclusive coupon code for the amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping) within five business days OR; in the case of an exchange, we will send your replacement item within 5 business days.  Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no credit/exchange will be issued.

  • Please write “RETURN” and include the order # in the subject line.
  • Whether you want to return your item for store credit or you want to exchange for a different size, style or color, please state your preferences clearly in the email. 

How do I use my e-gift card?
Each e-gift card has a unique code. Simply type that code into the gift card box during check out and hit “apply.” Our gift cards are valid online only.

The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting the item back in stock?
Due to how fast our merchandise sells, we cannot always guarantee the item will be back in stock. Sometimes our factories run out of the fabric and we are unable to re-order.


How can I get my confirmation email if I accidentally deleted it or I never
received one?

Please send an email to blush.desert@gamil.com and request the confirmation email. Please include your order number in the body of the email.

What if my order is lost or stolen?
Blush Desert is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, we suggest you select insured shipping in an amount equal to the purchase amount when placing your order. 

When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed. You will receive tracking number from us in your confirmation email.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the shipping speed once the package leaves our facility. If you need your items sooner please select expedited shipping while placing your order.

What is my order number?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing blush.desert@gmail.com. Please include your full name and email address you used to place the order in the body of the email.
